Negotiating the stairs

For a while there was a stand off. Or more accurately a sit off. One at the top, one at the bottom. Sure there is potential in that shot, couldn't fathom it late tonight though.
So, Megmog approaching Laura with caution it is. Hunting practice is ramping up, I suspect it is only a matter of time before they move on from each other, their toys, bits of fluff, paper, my sarong, zips, cardigan belts, potatoes, pens, pencils, invisible things, light, shadows, leaves, sticks (you get the idea) to something alive.
I often wake in the morning to find a toy mouse on my bed. I hope that when they get to the real thing it doesn't get brought to the same destination. Time will tell.

A walk in the park today with a new friend and a spontaneous trip to the theatre too. From a very very sorry start this morning, the day definitely improved.
