Light at its best
This exhibition is a fantastical world of colour and light.
Exxopolis is a dazzling maze of winding paths and soaring domes, a monumental inflatable structure designed to generate a sense of wonder at the beauty of light and colour.
Islamic architecture, Archimedean solids and Gothic cathedrals meld into an inspiring mix of design and engineering, creating a luminarium of nearly 1000 square metres.
It was like walking through the inside of a colourful series of pipes. Colour changed at ever turn.
I had a lot of fun trying to take a adequate shot to reflect its beauty. The other challenge was to try and get a shot of kids who were always on the move.
This exhibition is currently on at the Malthouse Theatre in Melbourne. Blippers should not miss it
