Sono Solo

Basically I've got this new thing where I'm learning Italian phrases. I know a few now which are totally pointless. Like Sono solo which means 'I am alone'. Appropriate as always. 

Now this may look like the average rubbish little glass but oh no, in fact I made this glass. That's right, hand blown and shaped and lovingly annealed by yours truely. 

Honestly, very proud of myself. 

Also but half a pound on this week and nearly cried, back to the gym I go, and no more cheese.
