ribwort plantain

There are hundreds of these growing in the meadow where we walk the dogs. The ribbed leaves form rosettes and have lovely dark grey flower/seed heads which look beautiful blowing in the wind. I took lots of pictures of them but thought this one was the best. I know most people look upon this plant as a weed but I think it's a lovely wild flower.
