Friday Night

A surprise visitor late on this afternoon kidnapped me and took me to the cinema. It was a treat to leave work in daylight. Once settled in the roomy cinema seat we enjoyed 'Gone Girl' with popcorn and ginger ale.

Stopping off to pick up decent coffee for the week ahead, I was surprised to be given a complimentary espresso and a strawberry cookie cheesecake.

What a blooming marvelous day!
