Celebration Cake

Our Care Home Manager retired today and the talented lady who makes and ices cakes made this one for her.
It depicts J relaxing on her deck chair browsing through a travel brochure with a glass of Proceso at hand.   All except the flower pots, chair, table and parasol are edible.   It is absolutely fantastic and I'm sure she will find it difficult to bring herself to cut into it.   
It was a very emotional afternoon as she was presented with lots of lovely gifts to mark her twenty five and a half years with the Company, starting off as a Carer and retiring as Home Manager.
