View from the edge

This was taken early this morning from the eastern edge of Lamberts Castle, looking east over the rolling Dorset farmland where these fields have been the same shape for hundreds of years.  We were up and about a little early as Jinxy was booked in for one of his make overs at Sidmouth.
He is there for some four hours where student "dog groomers" learn how to make him look a bit less woolly, a procedure he does not enjoy normally but today he came back full of the joys of spring!  Someone has been spoiling him me thinks.
