Measurements
This blip is for Lala, in regards to a conversation about custom gloves on my blip from yesterday.
If at all possible, write the measurements on the photo of his hands where the lines are drawn on mine. You don't have to actually draw the lines on his hands.
Also, please note that the measurements for around the hand, wrist, and fingers are for the measurement all the way around. As for the length of the glove, measure it up as high as he'd like them to go up his wrists, then make sure you take a measurement exactly where he wants the glove to end.
The reason I use measurements where I do is so I can carefully increase and decrease the amount of stitches to make a much more custom fit around the wrist and hand. (Though please note that there will be a little looseness where it would be at its smallest to allow for the hand to comfortably slip through when pulling them on.)
If he'd like a tighter weave than in the photo from yesterday, please let me know. I'll have to play around with hooks and gauges so I can figure out how much yarn it'll take.
Is he alright with cotton? I prefer using cotton for gloves and armwarmers.
