Fortified with vitamins and minerals

That phrase comes instantly  to mind when I look at a bowl of cereal. I'm completely indoctrinated by years and years of advertising. I don't normally buy this stuff but I've learnt that if I go shopping with Grace I end up with random crap treats in the trolley. She's a damn fine negotiator. Plus she's bigger than me ..

This week Sal has had:

Monday: lunchtime hockey club, netball club after school
Tuesday: biathlon club, double swimming, hockey match (lost)
Wednesday: swimming gala
Thursday: netball match (won!)
Friday: two and a half hours of gymnastics

No wonder she's a bit peckish.
