Late night visions

It was late, I and was taking my last trip round the kitchen before heading to bed when I spotted these daffodils. My Mum bought them for me last weekend, when they were barely an inch high. This week they have shot up in the relative warmth and are bound to bloom in the next few days. The background is a reflection of the kitchen in the window
