picnic sushi

I made sushi today and it was more successful than the first time I made.  This  time they have plenty of filling of Akaroa smoked salmon and avocado.  I also made a new courgette quiche recipe was very tasty.

I had these packed into a picnic box ready for Classical Sparks tonight, but the weather turned, so we decided to eat our picnic at home ............and, of course, we then decided not to go at all. But now we are watching the fireworks from our lounge and they do look very spectacular.  Must be brilliant for everyone in the park :-)
