Wonderwalls Festival

or rather what is left from it. 

The festival took place in Port Adelaide last week and attracted quite a few artists from all over the world, Poland included. They painted and painted and now we can admire. I must admit I forgot all about it and came across the street art while wondering around. I might go back and follow the map of all festival pieces.

This was created by an Australian artist Luke Cornish (E.L.K.), who uses handmade stencils.Using up to 85 layers of carefully hand-cut acetate, he sprays layer upon layer of aerosol paint until his images bear a striking photographic resemblance. His work is a new form of hyper-realism that is unlike what has been seen before.
