Jeepers, a very icy wind this morning. Two things I like to do as early as possible is my run and my Blip, so I combined then both this morning. I hope running in the snow and ice is leg strengthening as it's not half hard work! A Christmas Tree Burning party later, while Cameron and Andy are off to see Chris Hoy at a cycling event in Glasgow. Jealous!
