Millennium Milepost

It's the time of year again I have to do annual land and tree inspections on all our owned and licensed land in my patch but this year the Mileposts have to be done too. Every three years we check they are in good order.

Our wonderful volunteers help with the majority of the Milepost inspections however I like to keep my hand in and did a couple in Brum during lunchtime. This one's at the top of Hurst Street and is a Mill's type - The Fossil Tree. More here: There are four types in all.
