Planted these spinach beet seedlings at the back end of last year as an experiment. They are doing quite well in the greenhouse and could go outside as they're super hardy, but I will wait a few weeks longer. You can keep cutting them and they re grow so useful for cooking. I will also plant another variety in the spring to use as salad leaves. Used the illustration effect to make them look more interesting.
