What have we here?

Why, it appears to be gaggle of the common Estate Agent sign. While usually a solitary animal these timid signs gather in numbers for their annual mating season - Here we can see them enjoying their preferred natural habitat, the signs here are larger/brighter than the ones living in different environments, such as the lesser common "jammed in a window frame" variety or the very rare "massive billboard" breed.
