I shall never hear Land of Hope & Glory in quite the same way after my trip to the cinema this evening.

There was a time when I'd have said that going solo the flicks was not something I would ever enjoy but I can confirm that I've quite taken to it.

This evening's delectation was 'Kingsman:The Secret Service with Colin Firth, Samuel L Jackson and a fabulous young actor called Taron Egerton It's quite possibly the most violent film I've seen in years though it's not at all bloodthirsty it's all action and a laugh a minute with a good dose of suspense thrown in. I was laughing out loud in the cinema. If you fancy a kick-ass comedy spy thriller then go out and see it!
