31. Yawn

Went round to see my friend today and finally meet her 2nd Bubba. Lovely catch up over a coffee, clearly tiring work for someone!
And that's January over! Dry Jan completed (aside from the 21st bday!), health kick kicked in and feeling good going on into the rest of the year. I've lost almost half a stone that I put on over 2014 with a new job, less gym and 3 trips to USA! And lost a couple of inches from my waist and thighs. Very pleased that the efforts have paid off! Just got to try not to pile it all back on now!
