Sunshine!!!

What a lovely day, the sun out and warmth in the air.

Home from work and went for a lovely long run across the fields and the greens at the local golf club.

The smell of cut grass from the silage and the smell of blossoms in the hedge rows, oh and a slight aroma of cow poo on my trainers :)
