Green lipped mussels

We are staying in Nelson at the top of the South Island. I really really like Nelson and would be quite happy to live here. It has one of the best climates in the world and the highest level of sunshine in the South Island. It is just unfortunate that it is raining today so we took a side trip over to a place called Havelock that bills itself as 'the green lip mussel capital of the world'. This restaurant with the mussel pot and all the mussels running around is the undisputed mussel restaurant.
