Urine being watched and sniffed!

This sign spotted at a rest stop on the way to Spokane from Seattle. Many were just standing there staring at it....I decided it was a worthy blip! I then had to restrain Big R from casting his jug out the window as we headed out. Honestly...I never knew this was going on along the highways...guess those truckers are getting pressured to speed up !
