Summer showers…

…and aren't they welcome! We can set the sprinkler going for a few hours on Tarawera Times' bountiful whanau garden (delicious smelling ratatouille tonight) but the farmers just have to wait on Mother Nature and the farms are all desperate for rain right now.
Tarawera Times and I went for our daily swim out in the bay and around the island in the rain today and the last of the young families returned home today to begin school next week.
