Chef Lee at The Junkyard
This was my second time shooting food for a magazine. Chef Lee at Beirut restaurant, The Junkyard, puts fresh ground pepper on the top of “mango surprise.” The concept is great - the restaurant is made from 12 shipping containers, everything in the restaurant, from the napkins to the decor is up-cycled. But most importantly, the food here is…UNBELIEVABLE.
