A Beaver for Hire

A fellow blip-friend, Leah, submitted a photo
of a beaver swimming.  That inspired me
to blip a watercolor beaver painting that is
hanging in my bedroom.  I was in a "totem-
animal" exhibit.  Obviously, a beaver is one
of my totem animals.  When I was painting
this beaver and waterlilies, I was troubled
with painting the breaking-surface water
being divided by the beaver's nose.  Now
I study that each morning when I wake up....I am
still wondering:  ''Did I get it right?"
