Doctor Who books signing next weekend

This coming Saturday I will be one of four authors signing the new Doctor Who History Collection, a new set of eight novels that send the beloved time traveler to different eras of human history. The event starts 1pm at Forbidden Planet London [more details here] on February 7th.

I'll be signing alongside Paul Cornell, Justin Richards and James Goss, as all four of us are among the scribes whose work features in The History Collection.

My contribution is Amorality Tale which features the Third Doctor  [Jon Pertwee] and Sarah Jane Smith battling the Great Smog of 1952. It's based on a real and catastrophic weather event that killed thousands of Londoners in just a few days during December that year.

My novel was originally published in 2002 but is now being reissued as one of the eight tomes in this collection. It's nice to see the book back in print, and also available as an eBook for the first time.

The lovely people at BBC Books sent a full set of all eight books, so here they are on the new dining room table.
