It's spring

Took a short walk around the Meadows in Callander this afternoon and despite being cold the bright sunshine made it feel positively spring-like. It was good to see lots of other people walking, running, cycling and playing on the ice.

At least one of the alders lining the river thinks it's spring too and is covered in catkins.
