New specs...

...and new beard.
I'm still getting over a bit of man-flu so no  coastal rowing for me today. I showed a bit of solidarity by helping to prep the boat and get it in the water then left the rest of the crew to it.
I had a coffee at the Sundial Cafe before picking up my new reading glasses.
Blip seems to have done something weird to my complexion, I look a bit green around the gills!
