Good News & Bad ....

My offer on the flat has been accepted! Woooopeeee! Subject to all the usual checks this time next week will be moved in!

At 3am yesterday morning though my 'fairy godmother' Babs died after a slow dementia related deterioration.

I always thought of her as my fairy godmother because I don't have a real one , & she was the closest thing to it.

I'm just sorry I never remember telling her that.

Rest in Peace Babs, you were an amazing lady, who led an amazing life, & although you weren't around in mind in the last few years & I was dealing with my own demons too much to see you, I want to remember you how you were.

You'll be missed.
