Definitely up to Scratch

Two chefs have taken over the upstairs at Iglu Restaurant for 4 months -you could call it a pop up. Now half way through their stinit, they are using as many local ingredients as possible. Yesterday, we had a French themed meal there. If you can, do book for the Scratch Series, it is fabulous cooking. This was the fish course, plaice, cockles and mussels. Delicious.
