Slowly, Slowly, Drives You Crazy

Is there a road in Cornwall that does not have roadworks on it. I realise that if the Highways Budget isn't spent by April, well as they say, "use it or lose it".
It's not stressful or annoying, just irritating, I feel I may need another book.
