Conscious Movement Sarasota

On the first and third Sundays of the month we get together to dance, consciously moving our bodies. It really is free play for adults! Today's theme was the dance of grace. I tried to gracefully dance with others but mostly I just had fun and expressed myself through movement. 

When I went to the sidelines to rest & drink water, I took just 3 photos as I don't want to disturb anyone. At home, I took them and really played with them in Photoshop Elements. I make the photos into layers and try different blending modes for each layer. For this one I flattened the layers and added a drawing filter. I liked what I saw!
