Balance

After the excesses of Saturday I decided some fresh air and exercise was in order so the woofer and I had a happy few hours in the park chasing balls and generally hanging out despite the little flurries of snow we experienced from time to time. 

A lovely lunch with the ladies however and any good intentions went right out of the window. There was a lot more fizz and cake!   Happy Sunday Blippers!

Anyone's life truly lived consists of work, sunshine, exercise, soap, plenty of fresh air and a happy and contented spirit.
