breath of fresh air...

... has done me the world of good!!

Think the last few weeks had just caught up with me yesterday, I was very tired!

Both myself and J had today off work, so we took off to Felixstowe and walked from one bit to another... then back for chips and a drink... There is something very peaceful about being at the coast... i don't know what it is... but it works wonders!!
