Around Kessock

The view looking back up the Beauly Firth from Charleston, North Kessock.

A nice morning cycle around the Beauly Firth, about 28 miles altogether, followed by a weights session in the evening. Finished by a comedy fall off the bike, thanks to the clipped-in pedals and an off-balance stop. Bent the gears out of shape, but apparently ir's easy to fix.

A good weekend's work in the banks.
