Tag - on - ice.

After my last training session in the pool I nipped off to the park in time for sunrise which as really pretty this morning. It started off quite pink, then, as the sun appeared, the pink gave way to orange tones.
I was going to choose a sunrise image, but found these coots so amusing sliding about on the ice. There is not much ice where I am flying to tonight!
The poor swans were struggling to move through the ice, and looked frozen.

I am flying off to S Africa tonight to spend some time with my dear friend Jenny (JamJam. )
Jenny has been really unwell, has endured three drastic operations, but is making progress.
