Glorious Day

Recovered enough from pulled muscle in lower back to go for a lunch time run with colleague.
It was a great run in the sunshine. Pity I had to go back to the office and the computer.

Work day done, back home for a quick change and off into the park for a long walk. Sat down for a quiet meditation in a secluded part of the park with only the sound of the birds singing, wonderful end to the day.
