Great Western Railway

A day at the National Railway Museum in York. The 'Winston Churchill' locomotive was on display. The 'Flying Scotsman' is in pieces but the 'Mallard' is in the Great Hall.
Trying to choose just one photograph to commemorate my visit leads me to this one. A gauge with 'GWR' on the dial. Very representative of the age of steam.
