Under the Pier

So, yesterday I had all sorts of weirdness trying to upload my photo.  Don't really know why, but apparently Blip was not ready for February.  I am going to try again to see if I can upload.

So for yesterday's Blip we have under the pier.  I was trying for a cool water shot under the pier - go figure.  So, of the dozens I took this one looked like it had the most potential.  I liked the over exposed misty quality.  I'm not sure it really worked but it was kind of fun to get.
