Group Therapy

I spent the morning in the man cave doing a lot of cleaning. Cleared the bench of assorted bits & pieces, then the floor. There was sawdust ,oil  and a lot of other **it. So out came the bikes so that i could do a good job.  This was my excuse  to fire them up , the neighbours were out,  so i enjoyed some great therapy.
