Monday - done!

...and so the sun sets on what should have been a terrible day, it being not only a Monday but a Monday where I had to deal with 3 customer complaints before 10:00. But all in all the day went quickly and my pile of tedious admin tasks has taken a dent. You couldn't be grumpy coming out of work to this sunset anyway!
