Cake from Santiago

A delicious cake, that we were given by friends, made with almonds. I'm not sure it was bought in Santiago, as it is generally available throughout Spain.
The decoration is the scallop shell, as carried by the Pilgrims when they are walking on the Camino de Santiago.
A lovely gift!
