A work day, mostly.

I did escape in the morning to Nagina's body pump class. I enjoyed it as well as struggling - too soon after yesterday's 24km bike ride. It gave her a few laughs anyway.

The Blip is just the view looking south from the sports centre. Nothing special. 

By a convoluted thought process and sequence of events I ended up here this evening. It is one of my all time favourite films.
