Sunshine and showers

It was that kind of a day.
Finished off the day with a great dinner at Di and Inge's - kept them out of their beds far too long. It was a great laugh; I know that singing was much in evidence. Christine sang some Schubert Lieder with Inge accompanying.
Does this sound very civilised? Yes, it was.

However, the singing pretty soon deteriorated. I seem to remember a rousing chorus of "Lily the Pink" at one point.

My mum used to say that she could take me anywhere twice - the second time to apologise.
