Built to Last!

I love the walls around Inishkea - so much life in them. I wonder about their history and admire the amount of work that has gone into them. 

A few years ago I did a weekend course in dry stone walling. Our teacher was passionate about walls and he inspired us too. The amount of work it takes to build even a small section of a wall is incredible. I wonder who made this wall and when?
