Stage 3

So I've soaked the fruit, made the cakes, and now they're having a night cap before I wrap them up for a week or two ready for a top up....hic!

Some think I'm making a  very early Christmas cake, but it's actually a dedication cake (like a Christening) for our gorgeous baby grandson.
The event will be around May I think, so the cake will be nicely matured and ready for decorating by then  :0)
