Caponata!

Drove in to work this morning to find the campus coated in snow. The Dee looked beautiful in the morning sunshine, but I couldn't stop to take a photo.

Tonight G cooked fillet steak on a bed of spinach and caponata. Wonderful, homely, grub. Perfect for a Monday.

Afterwards we headed to Footdee to watch the ships come in and out. It was too cold to linger though. Brr.
