Snow!

Arrival day in the LPH house...

The south has missed out on snow so far this winter, so I've been hoping for some on my trip up to the Lakes.  Coming over the M6 past Shap and down past Penrith and it started getting steeper by the sides of the road.  This should be a great week.

A diversion via Fishers in Keswick to get some new boots (my old ones have given up after 5 years or so, and letting the water in) ended up with a great pair of Meindls.  My first leather walking boots.

Only 5 victims guests in the house this week.  It may seem a little quiet.
