I felt the need to get out of the office at lunchtime today and take in some fresh air so I took a very short drive along the A96 to a place where you can walk along the old road by the sea.
It was a lovely sunny day with a brisk easterly breeze and after the walk I ate my lunch and was fully re-chargd ready for an afternoon in the office.
