IMPACT India's Lifeline Express-on the move again!
IMPACT India's Lifeline Express hospital train travels the length and breadth of India 'taking the hospital to the people'.
£40 is the average cost of restoring sight, hearing or mobility, or repairing a cleft lip on board the train's operating theatres. Over 100,000 life transforming surgeries have taken place on board, benefitting some of the country's most impoverished people.
Here Zelma Lazarus (CEO of IMPACT India) and Dr. Rajnish wave the train off from Pelghar, as it moves onto it's next destination.
