Our star

People forget the sun is actually a star, just a star very close to us, at least in astronomical terms. It'll also burn itself out in a billion years or so and expand as it turns into a white dwarf, by which time it'll be so large it'll frazzle all life on our little planet. Eventually it'll go pop and that'll be our solar system down the tubes. With all that in mind, sleep tight.
